Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Paws and Progress Canine Rehabilitation (“we”, “our”, “us”) to you (“the client”). By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms and you confirm that you are the legal owner/loaner of the animal referred for treatment and can confirm that all information provided is correct to the best of your knowledge.

1. Services Provided
We provide canine rehabilitation and related services. All treatment plans are tailored to your pet’s individual needs and may require adjustments over time.

2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s health and any changes in condition.

Follow the treatment plan, exercise instructions, and any safety recommendations provided.

Inform us immediately if your pet’s condition changes or if you are concerned about their wellbeing.

3. Veterinary History
We require veterinary history before commencing treatment. We are not a veterinary clinic and cannot diagnose medical conditions. We will also request the full clinical history, including scans (x-rays, CT, MRI), from your vet clinic.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees will be advised at the time of booking and are payable on or before the day of service.

Payment methods accepted: cash, EFTPOS, bank transfer.

Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.​

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, but last-minute cancellations impact our ability to help other pets in need.

More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

No-shows: Full consultation fee will be charged.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

6. Paws and Progress reserves the right to refuse treatment to any animal for any reason.
